Fire Happens After the Earthquake and Tsunamis in Japan
A major fire struck the Cosmo Oil refinery in Ichihara city in the prefecture of Chiba near Tokyo. Fires triggered by an earthquake measuring 8.9 on the Richter scale that shook Japan.
